Safe Communities Coalition: Securing Safe Spaces for All is an innovative and new inclusive and united initiative that protects, trains, and monitors diverse faith spaces of worship and historically targeted communities. We are committed to fostering secure environments where all individuals, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs, can practice their faith and live in peace.

By developing a structured, proactive coalition, we aim to create safe, resilient communities across Arizona that can stand against hate and violence in all forms.

The coalition plays a pivotal role in conducting strategic communications, diplomacy, and crisis management across Arizona. Through advocacy, interfaith outreach, and community bridge-building, we work to strengthen alliances and foster understanding among vulnerable communities. One critical aspect of our mission is addressing the heightened security concerns faced by marginalized and historically targeted groups, including LGBTQ individuals, communities of color, and religious minorities such as the Jewish community.

Arizona has seen a 25% rise in extremist activity and hate crimes over the past five years, with over 20 active hate groups and a documented increase in threats targeting diverse faith communities, LGBTQ individuals, and historically marginalized groups.
